2025 marked the first year we took Meatopia to another great UK city, after 11 smoky years in London and a glorious 3 year stint in Dublin. And what a great call that was.

Scotland is famous for its rich produce from land and sea, and after searching the British Isles for the right fit, Glasgow and SWG3 captured our hearts.

This June expect even more world-class live-fire chefs, delicious Scottish meat, fish and seafood, frosty beers, cracking cocktails, banging bands, vibing DJs, unbeatable energy and unforgettable nights.

Scotland, we cannot wait to do it all over again this June at our Glasgow home, SWG3. Will you be joining us?

SWG3’s iconic Glasgow venue became a second home to us in 2025.

In a city where art and music pulse through every street, SWG3 stands as one of Scotland’s leading independent venues, a place where creativity, community and culture collide. Set within a former galvaniser’s yard on the banks of the Clyde, this reimagined industrial space has become a powerhouse for local and international artists, designers, musicians, foodies and innovators over the past decade.

In 2025, we brought the Meatopia vibes to SWG3 Glasgow for the very first time, and what a debut it was. Bold, atmospheric and original, it was the perfect setting for a full-throttle celebration of fire, food, music and flavour. 

And we’re ready to light it up all over again with you in 2026.
